Today Rethink Robotics Formally Rolled Out the Most Recent Software Update, Intera 5.2.
At first glance, you may think the update is fairly insignificant but it isn’t.
The first big change is displaying operational data on the screen. Rethink is calling this Intera Insights.
This will give business leaders the ability to see performance statistics real time.

The second big update is external vision system integration. Sawyer comes standard with an advanced Cognex Vision System in the arm but this will open up the world of advanced vision to Sawyer for even more advanced applications. Think part inspection, app integration, Q/A testing, 3D bin picking etc.
